I offer a combination of resistance and CV training to build muscle and burn fat. I encourage my clients to write food diaries and guide them to make the best nutritional choices.


  • I have my own gym in central Teddington which consists of CV and resistance equipment. 
  • I also travel to client's homes with a range of resistance equipment such as ViPR, medicine balls, free weights and TRX suspension set.



  • Training sessions typically last 60 minutes, but can be adjusted based on the client's schedule and availability.
